Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Andersen is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications. The role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences across web and, optionally, mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality, scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
• Ensure compatibility with various devices, browsers, and platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP or Python.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of React Native or Flutter (nice to have).
• Experience with back‑end technologies like Node.js, Django or Laravel.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
