Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid (2-3 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Lagos. The role blends software development with technical support, requiring hands‑on coding and rapid issue resolution for live systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise web applications using Laravel (PHP), Node.js and related technologies.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and escalations.
• Maintain system performance, scalability and uptime across platforms.
• Contribute to website rebuilding, revamping and feature enhancements.
• Perform minor content updates on web platforms when needed.
• Collaborate with product, operations and growth teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address potential problems.
• Write clean, scalable and well‑documented code.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP) and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and backend development.
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities.
• Basic knowledge of system performance and scalability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to technical issues.
