About the role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop both client‑side and server‑side architecture.
- Write clean, functional code, create responsive REST APIs, and ensure performance and scalability.
- Develop database schemas, optimize queries, and manage caching mechanisms.
- Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely fixes.
- Maintain security and data‑protection settings and produce technical documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Strong teamwork, visual design sense, and advanced problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
Required skills
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript and libraries/frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, jQuery, LESS.
- Server‑side languages: C#.NET, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java.
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; caching: Redis, Memcached, Varnish.
- Frameworks: Django, ExpressJS.
- Web servers: Nginx, Apache.
- Version control, package managers, CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Containerization: Docker; orchestration: Kubernetes.
- Agile development practices.
