Full Stack Developer

About the role

Tiktal, an influencer‑marketing agency, is building a creator‑intelligence platform to power data‑driven campaign decisions. As a Full‑Stack Engineer you will join a small, autonomous team delivering end‑to‑end tools that streamline how creators are discovered, evaluated, and managed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement structured data pipelines that ingest, clean, and sync external creator data.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Build clean, functional front‑end interfaces with Vue.js, without relying on pre‑made design systems.
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and operations teams across EST–GMT time zones.
• Continuously improve the platform’s scalability, reliability, and usability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional full‑stack development experience and a track record of shipping complete products.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset: you question unclear requirements and focus on the real business need.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in an async, remote environment.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
