Fulfillment Operations Specialist

About the role

Zipline’s Fulfillment Operations team in Nigeria ensures that health facilities receive blood, medical and animal health products promptly. Based in Pambegua, Kaduna State, the Fulfillment Operations Specialist will manage daily fulfillment activities, from receiving orders to preparing shipments for drone delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, respond to inquiries and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare, package and label healthcare commodities for drone dispatch, adhering to handling and compliance standards.
• Maintain daily storage records, update stock levels, forecast needs and generate requisitions.
• Manage consumables inventory to support operational teams.
• Conduct daily quality‑control checks, self‑audits and corrective actions in line with the Quality Management System and SOPs.
• Identify and promptly escalate risks to supply continuity, and resolve routine order, inventory, requisition and supplier issues.
