Frontend Development Internship (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Development Intern to support the technical side of our advisory projects. The internship is fully remote and focuses on building web interfaces for a regional financial services client launching in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advisory dashboards.
• Collaborate with the research team to turn complex partnership data into interactive visual formats.
• Adapt frontend code to meet the specific requirements of the Nigeria project.
• Test interfaces for accessibility, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Write clean, organized code that follows existing technical standards.
• Work with the lead developer to improve internal data‑visualisation tools.
• Ensure visual presentations align with the firm’s professional standards.
• Participate in team meetings to report progress and discuss technical needs.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Comfortable writing JavaScript and eager to learn modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Familiarity with version‑control tools like Git.
• Logical approach to layout problems and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non‑technical partners.
• Curiosity about how commercial logic and investment decisions are presented.
• Willingness to receive feedback and iterate on work.
