Frontend Developer – UI/UX for Health & MEAL Systems

About the role

The Front‑End Developer will design and build user‑facing components for health, nutrition, commodity tracking and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems. Working from our Abuja office, you will create intuitive, responsive and accessible interfaces that enable stakeholders to interact with complex data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications for health, nutrition, commodity tracking and MEAL platforms.
• Build interactive dashboards and reporting tools for data visualization and analysis.
• Ensure cross‑device and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable front‑end code using modern frameworks.
• Design intuitive UI/UX that simplifies complex workflows and supports both technical and non‑technical users.
• Integrate front‑end components with backend APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.
• Collaborate with Backend & DevOps Engineer, Information Management Officer and Subject Matter Experts to translate requirements into functional applications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience creating accessible and user‑centered interfaces.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality code.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary between 2,400,000 and 3,000,000 NGN.
• Fixed‑term contract of approximately 7 months, based on funding.
