Frontend Developer

About the role

Amaripay™ is building a digital trust infrastructure platform for secure transactions across Africa. We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our remote team and help create responsive, high‑performance user interfaces that enable buyers and sellers to transact with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise user‑facing features using modern front‑end technologies.
• Implement responsive web designs that work across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with back‑end developers to integrate APIs and improve overall application performance.
• Maintain code quality, perform code reviews, and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the web application’s functionality and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is a plus.
