Front Desk Intern – Client Experience Team

About the role

Norrenberger Financial Group is looking for a motivated NYSC corps member to join its Client Experience Team as a Front Desk Intern. This position offers hands‑on exposure to client service, front‑office administration, and corporate communications within a leading financial services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the ambience, cleanliness, and professionalism of the reception area and meeting rooms.
• Welcome clients, visitors, and guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Record visitor details, manage sign‑in/out procedures, and issue visitor tags.
• Receive, file, and securely store client forms and documents.
• Handle incoming mail, courier packages, and email enquiries.
• Answer calls from clients, prospects, and vendors promptly and courteously.
• Support service standards to enhance client satisfaction.
• Escalate and assist in resolving client complaints.
• Provide product and service information and direct prospects to the appropriate business units.

Required profile

• Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and available for immediate deployment (Batch A2/B1 2026 preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Upper (2:1) honors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
