French Tutor (Part‑time)

About the role

Lextorah Limited is seeking a part‑time French Tutor to deliver engaging language lessons to beginner and intermediate learners. The role involves both classroom teaching and exam preparation, ensuring students achieve fluency and succeed in French certification tests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured French lessons covering speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Monitor student participation, attendance and progress, providing extra support where needed.
• Prepare learners for TEF, TCF, DELF and other French proficiency exams, including mock tests and exam‑technique coaching.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records and submit academic reports on time.
• Follow Lextorah’s operational procedures, coordinate with the admin team and attend required meetings or training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in French, Linguistics, Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching French to beginners and advanced students.
• Strong command of French, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience preparing students for TEF, TCF, DELF or equivalent exams.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
