Founding Senior Product Designer

About the role

Havora is building a premium relationship platform and seeks a senior product designer to shape its iOS experience from concept to high‑fidelity execution. This founding‑team role offers the chance to influence a product that blends technology, psychology, and intentional design.

Key responsibilities

• Design the end‑to‑end iOS product experience, from wireframes to interactive high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Translate product requirements, research insights, and user needs into intuitive flows and visual designs.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, research fellows, and the founder throughout the design process.
• Prioritize trust, privacy, safety, accessibility, and emotional connection in all design decisions.
• Work with engineers during implementation to uphold design quality and iterate based on testing and feedback.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product design, preferably for consumer or mobile products.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving, early‑stage startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped or well‑developed digital products.
• Excellent product thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to visual detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design workflows.
• Deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.
