Founder – Full‑time Leadership Role

About the role

DaizLabApp is seeking a full‑time Founder to shape the vision, product strategy, and culture of this early‑stage technology venture. Based in Ibadan with a hybrid work arrangement, you will lead the creation of user‑friendly digital products that address real‑world problems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the company vision, product roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Validate product ideas through user research, market analysis, and rapid experimentation.
• Coordinate product development, set priorities for engineering and design, and oversee delivery.
• Engage with potential users, partners, and early adopters to gather feedback and build relationships.
• Establish operational processes, manage budgets, and explore funding opportunities.
• Recruit, lead, and nurture a small, high‑performing team while fostering an inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Proven ability to define product vision and manage a roadmap in an early‑stage or startup environment.
• Experience working with software development teams and understanding modern product development practices.
• Strong market research, user discovery, and customer development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
• Business acumen in fundraising, partnerships, and revenue model design.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience building or leading small teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Willingness to work primarily from Ibadan in a hybrid setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
