Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a global leader in software and IT services. The role is fully remote and focuses on deploying, integrating, and supporting AI solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and related infrastructure for enterprise clients, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployed systems to aid ongoing operations.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and best‑practice recommendations to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Python programming
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
