Fintech Sales Agent

About the role

FMR Agency is seeking a dynamic Fintech Sales Agent to drive merchant acquisition across Lagos. You will promote POS terminals and business management solutions, building strong relationships with owners of restaurants, hotels, retail stores and other businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory.
• Present and demonstrate POS terminals and related solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including KYC documentation and account activation.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Provide post‑onboarding support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly acquisition, activation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales, merchant acquisition or POS sales experience, preferably in fintech.
• Proven track record as a FinTech Sales Agent.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos Island markets (Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ajah) and existing merchant networks.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
