Finance Manager – Real Estate Tech

About the role

Jimo Real Estate is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day‑to‑day financial operations in its fast‑growing, tech‑enabled real estate platform. This full‑time, hybrid position will support leadership with data‑driven insights while ensuring robust financial controls and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Monitor revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely variance analysis.
• Maintain financial controls, internal policies and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and banking partners.
• Support strategic planning, evaluate new initiatives or investments, and provide financial recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and cash‑flow management.
• Experience in real‑estate development, proptech or high‑growth tech businesses is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective remote collaboration and clear communication skills.
