Finance Lead / Fractional CFO – Fundraising & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Lead / Fractional CFO Consultant to drive iPayBTC’s fundraising readiness and shape its financial strategy. The role will involve building investor‑grade financial infrastructure, models, valuations and supporting capital‑raising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s fundraising strategy, prepare 3‑5 year investor‑ready financial projections and build scenario‑based fundraising models.
• Create monthly financial reporting frameworks, operating budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and KPI dashboards while monitoring burn rate and runway.
• Prepare valuation models using VC method, comparable companies, revenue multiples and DCF where applicable, and support valuation discussions with investors.
• Lead the preparation of a fundraising data room, organizing corporate documents, financial statements, cap table, product and customer metrics, regulatory paperwork and commercial agreements.
• Design monthly investor update templates, board reporting packs and establish ongoing financial reporting processes for existing and future investors.
• Advise the CEO on capital allocation, evaluate debt versus equity options, assess strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities and support long‑term business planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fundraising, financial modeling, business valuation and strategic finance.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and investors throughout due‑diligence and negotiation processes.
