Finance Intern

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support the Finance team in day‑to‑day financial operations. You will work closely with senior accountants, gaining exposure to reporting, budgeting, and vendor management while developing practical finance skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Help with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Process invoices and assist vendor payment activities.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure proper filing of finance documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) classification.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
