Finance Intern – Accounting Support

About the role
The Finance Intern will assist Norrenberger Securities with daily financial operations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers hands‑on experience in accounting, reporting and budget monitoring within a leading integrated financial services group.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance tasks, including posting journal entries under supervision.
- Process invoices, payments and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support bank and account reconciliations.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and year‑end reporting processes.
- Prepare schedules and working papers for audits and statutory reporting.
- Help monitor budgets and track departmental expenditures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Relevant professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting or financial management software.
