Finance and Account Executive

About the role

The Finance and Account Executive will lead the preparation of financial reports, manage core accounting functions and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and cash flow.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approved budgets.
• Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and financial controls.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and accountability.
