Field Supervisor – Ado-Odo/Ota LGA, Ogun State

About the role

The Open Veil Charitable Foundation is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to lead the implementation of the Ogun State Health Insurance Scheme in Ado‑Odo/Ota LGA. You will coordinate a team of Field Mobilisers, engage community stakeholders and ensure eligible informal‑sector beneficiaries are enrolled in the scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and coordinate Field Mobilisers.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly enrolment targets for the team.
• Organise community health awareness and sensitisation activities.
• Engage traditional rulers, religious leaders, association heads and local government officials.
• Source and register eligible beneficiaries using the designated platform.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on enrolment, field activities and team performance.
• Identify field challenges and recommend solutions to the Regional Programs Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Regional Programs Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND (field of study not specified).
• Minimum three years (36 months) of relevant experience.
• Residence in Ado‑Odo/Ota LGA, Ogun State.
• Ability to travel across assigned communities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of N100,000 – N120,000.
• N15,000 transportation allowance and N5,000 data/airtime allowance.
• Performance‑based commission for each successful enrolment.
• Three‑month probation period.
