Field Sales Specialist

About the role

I2 Solutions is a growing technology and services company that delivers practical, results-driven solutions to business clients. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Field Sales Specialist based in Lagos Mainland. The role drives revenue growth through direct customer engagement and field-based sales, visiting client locations and building relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare sales proposals and follow up on leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and gather market insights to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on sales operations and represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in field sales, business development or account management, preferably in technology or services sectors.
• Ability to work independently in the field, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is beneficial.

Required skills

• Sales and lead generation, including pipeline management and deal closing.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Sales operations: documentation, reporting and CRM updates.
• Comfort with basic digital tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity software.
