Field Sales Specialist - Insurance

About the role

Heirs Insurance Group, one of Nigeria's leading insurers offering Life, General and Insurance Brokerage services, is hiring a Sales Specialist for its Retail Division in Lagos. This is a full-time hybrid position open until the positions are filled.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients.
• Provide professional financial planning and insurance advisory services.
• Recommend suitable life and general insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Meet assigned sales and business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
• Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach and manage a sales team.
• Must reside in Lagos or be willing to work within Lagos; successful candidates receive training before deployment.
