Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive our product distribution across Lagos Island. You will manage a defined territory, open new outlets and nurture existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and open new retail outlets within the assigned territory.
• Visit existing customers, take orders and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Plan and execute daily sales routes to maximise coverage.
• Maintain product availability and drive distribution growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage the territory independently.
• Prepare basic sales reports and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, food or beverage.
• Reside on or around Lagos Island (Lekki/Ikate preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to ride/drive a bike or car.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile sales tools.
