Field Sales Representative

About the role

TrustAm is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to activate informal service providers in Yaba and surrounding areas of Lagos. You will be the face of the company on the ground, signing up barbers, tailors, mechanics, salons and other small businesses to join our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Walk door‑to‑door in Yaba, Akoka and Bariga to introduce TrustAm and secure on‑spot sign‑ups.
• Guide new providers through the onboarding process so they can receive their first booking.
• Achieve weekly activation targets, where an activation counts only after a verified paid transaction.
• Collect and relay feedback from merchants to the operations team.

Required profile

• Comfortable approaching strangers and selling face‑to‑face.
• Deep knowledge of Yaba and ability to navigate the area efficiently.
• Self‑driven, hungry, and eager to see earnings reflect effort.
• Ability to explain a product simply to busy shop owners.
