About the role
Project Pulse is hiring a full-time Field Sales Officer in Lagos (Marina) to visit shops, provision stores and retailers and promote and sell its products. The role is entry level and focuses on building relationships with shop owners and achieving weekly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit shops, provision stores and retailers to promote and sell products.
- Identify new customers and build relationships with shop owners.
- Generate orders and achieve weekly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and identify new sales opportunities.
Required profile
- Able to read and write.
- Owns a smartphone.
- Lives in Ajah-Sangotedo, Lagos and understands the area.
- Confident, persuasive, proactive and comfortable with field sales.
- FMCG or sales experience is an advantage; practical sales skills matter most.
What we offer
- Remuneration of NGN 70,000 per month.
- 8% commission on the value of products sold.
- Transportation costs covered within the base pay.
