Field Sales Manager – Vape/FMCG (Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Field Sales Manager to lead our vape and FMCG distribution across Lagos Island and Mainland. The role is 80% on‑the‑ground, focusing on opening new accounts, expanding market presence, and driving sales volume in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit at least 10 merchants daily, covering shops, clubs, and markets.
• Identify and acquire new retail and wholesale accounts.
• Map the Lagos territory, monitor competitor activity, and ensure brand visibility.
• Track sales performance and report daily using Google Sheets.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of on‑field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage sales.
• Lagos resident with deep knowledge of local routes and market hubs.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to turn rejections into sales.
• Flexible to work varied hours aligned with business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel on mobile devices.
• Ability to use Google Sheets for daily reporting.

What we offer

• Base salary of at least ₦200,000 per month.
