About the role
We are seeking a high‑energy Field Sales Manager to lead our vape and FMCG distribution across Lagos Island and Mainland. This is a hands‑on, street‑level position where you will spend most of your time meeting retailers, clubs and market vendors to grow our brand presence.
Key responsibilities
- Spend ~80% of your time in the field visiting shops, clubs and markets to open new accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across retail and wholesale channels.
- Map the Lagos territory, identify competitors and ensure brand visibility in key locations.
- Track daily performance and report results using Google Sheets.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of on‑field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage sales.
- Resident of Lagos with deep knowledge of local routes and market hubs.
- Resilient, able to turn rejections into sales and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible to work hours that match business needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel on mobile devices.
- Ability to use Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
What we offer
- Base salary of at least ₦200,000 per month (average earnings around ₦350,000).
