Field Sales Executive (Hospitality & Corporate)

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will work on‑site in Lagos, driving new business and nurturing existing accounts within the hospitality and corporate sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting Seamless Supplys’ product portfolio and delivering tailored procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new B2B leads across hotels, restaurants, cafés and corporate offices.
• Visit prospective and existing customers, present product offerings and prepare customized proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals and coordinating delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs in CRM tools.
• Track personal sales performance and report market insights to management.
• Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations and cross‑functional initiatives with operations and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Proven field sales or business development experience in B2B environments, preferably FMCG, hospitality or corporate services.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively and work independently in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic CRM tools.
• Experience using digital communication channels for client follow‑up.
