Field Marketer

About the role

Kreda Global is hiring field marketers in Lagos to promote its products and services face-to-face. The role involves approaching potential customers, generating leads and building relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Distribute promotional materials and take part in marketing campaigns.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly marketing and lead generation targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers to encourage conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Confident, energetic, presentable, proactive and target-driven; able to engage business owners professionally and convince them to adopt the services.
• Willingness to learn, to meet sales targets, to work independently and to collaborate with a team.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
