Fertility Nurse Trainee (Full-Time)

About the role

Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join its fertility unit as a Fertility Nurse Trainee. This full‑time position offers structured on‑the‑job training and mentorship, providing practical exposure to fertility care, reproductive health, and assisted reproductive services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fertility nurses and the clinical team in delivering quality care to patients undergoing fertility assessments, treatment cycles, and procedures.
• Prepare patients for fertility‑related investigations and procedures, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations.
• Provide patient education on treatment protocols, medication schedules, and follow‑up instructions, offering emotional support throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure confidentiality, and uphold infection‑prevention and safety standards.
• Support the administration and monitoring of fertility medications under supervision and help prepare treatment areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with fertility specialists, embryologists, doctors, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in structured training activities, competency assessments, and other duties assigned by the supervising nurse or clinical lead.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
• Strong interest in fertility care and reproductive medicine.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and able to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn, develop specialized clinical competencies, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
