Female Home Tutor in Alimosho, Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated female home tutor for a preschool child, Davina, in Alimosho, Lagos. The tutor will work on Saturdays, providing focused instruction in literacy, numeracy, phonics, and handwriting improvement using the Nigerian curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver 2‑hour lesson sessions each Saturday at the client’s home.
• Teach core preschool subjects: literacy, numeracy, phonics, and handwriting.
• Assess Davina’s progress and adapt teaching methods to promote fast learning.
• Communicate regularly with the parent to report progress and discuss learning goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Female tutor, as preferred by the client.
• Experience or training in early childhood education, preferably preschool level.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian preschool curriculum.
• Available to work on Saturdays, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
• Passionate about helping children become fast learners and stand out in class.
