Farm Operations Manager

About the role

Emmppek Farms Limited is seeking a dedicated Farm Operations Manager to lead daily activities at its on‑site facility in Sapele. This full‑time position will ensure that farming operations run smoothly, sustainably, and efficiently while supporting the company’s circular‑economy objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all farming activities and production processes on site.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize resource use, improve efficiency, and maintain sustainable practices.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for the farm.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, team‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of agricultural practices, farm management and production processes.
• Proficiency in budgeting, planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and circular‑economy concepts (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management or a related field.
• Proven managerial experience in the agricultural or food‑production sector.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a farm manager.
