About the role
We are seeking a proactive Farm Manager to lead our hybrid Tenera palm plantation and oversee the commercialisation of high‑value secondary crops such as cassava, maize and seasonal vegetables. The role combines agribusiness leadership with hands‑on milling operations to maximise oil extraction efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full nursery‑to‑harvest cycle of hybrid Tenera palms.
- Supervise secondary crop production and market commercialisation.
- Set up, maintain and run the automated processing mill to achieve optimal Oil Extraction Rates.
- Implement and monitor governance workflows, including inventory logs and weekly digital updates.
- Recruit, train and lead local labour teams while ensuring safety and productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar farm management role.
- B.Sc or HND in Agriculture or a related discipline.
