About the role
We are looking for a reliable Factory Worker to join our production team in Abeokuta. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting assembly and packaging processes on a full‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, run, and monitor production line equipment or automated machinery.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assemble parts, sort items, and pack products for dispatch.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, report defects, and maintain an organized workspace.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
- Hardworking, reliable, and safety‑conscious.
- Willingness to work shifts and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
