Factory Supervisor / Keyline Expert – Paper Packaging

About the role

The Factory Supervisor/Keyline Expert will lead daily operations of a paper packaging production facility in Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that production lines run efficiently, safely, and meet the company’s sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production lines, monitor workflow, and enforce safety and hygiene protocols.
• Manage keyline and die‑cut layout processes, optimise machine set‑ups and coordinate with design and production teams.
• Plan and schedule production runs, track material usage, minimise waste and ensure product quality.
• Maintain production records, generate reports and collaborate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues.
• Guide, mentor and evaluate production staff to improve performance and productivity.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or packaging, preferably paper packaging.
• Technical or engineering qualification (Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in factory settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive continuous improvement.
