Factory Engineer

About the role

The Factory Engineer will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating production equipment to ensure that components are manufactured to exact dimensional tolerances. This full‑time position works on the shop floor in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supporting continuous improvement and strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup and adjustments to maintain dimensional tolerances of cross‑sectional components.
• Operate machines to produce specified parts and make minor adjustments for optimal output.
• Ensure all equipment is used in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot production issues.
• Document setup parameters and production results for traceability.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics, Electrical‑Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in control and automation within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to anticipate problems and take proactive action.
• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
