Facility Manager

About the role

Dasot Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, tenant relations, and leasing activities of its properties in Marina, Lagos. The role ensures properties are safe, well‑maintained, and financially efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling requests, complaints, and lease communications.
• Market vacant units, conduct showings, screen tenants, and manage lease negotiations and renewals.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets, track expenses, and propose cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee rent collection, issue late‑payment notices, and initiate collection proceedings when needed.
• Manage emergency situations, coordinating with emergency services, insurers, and contractors.
• Maintain organized records of leases, tenant interactions, maintenance activities, and financial transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar facility or property management role.
• HND in any field of study.
