About the role

Zipline is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of its site in Pambegua, Kaduna State. You will be hands‑on in maintaining the facility, supporting staff and visitors, and coordinating driver and vehicle logistics.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute proactive facilities strategies aligned with operational growth.
Perform daily facility checks, monitor power, water, and workspace readiness.
Oversee site cleanliness, minor maintenance tasks, and workspace organization.
Coordinate driver schedules and manage vehicle availability for staff support.
Manage visitor accommodation and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
Support people leadership through task coordination, feedback, informal one‑ons, and participation in hiring processes.

Required profile

Hands‑on attitude with a focus on practical problem solving.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with operations, safety, and engineering teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in facility management or related supervisory roles.
