About the role
The Facilities Manager will oversee the upkeep and efficient operation of school buildings, equipment, and utilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for staff and students.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and utilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage facility operations, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and maintenance costs.
- Supervise facility staff and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate solutions.
Required profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
