Experienced Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Johnolans Designs Ltd., a fast‑growing architecture firm delivering premium U.S.-standard home designs, is preparing for its official platform launch. We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to shape our digital voice, grow our audience, and support both launch and long‑term marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short‑form videos on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute launch campaigns for new home‑plan collections.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, copy and short‑form video scripts.
• Collaborate with design and visualization teams to turn floor plans and renderings into marketing assets.
• Grow audience reach and engagement while monitoring competitors, industry trends and content opportunities.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and direct messages.
• Track performance metrics and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency or professional service.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and short‑form content strategy.
• Excellent writing ability for captions, storytelling and promotional copy.
• Highly organized, creative and able to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Required skills

• Content calendar creation and scheduling tools.
• Graphic design basics using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Platform‑specific best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.
