About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our chicken processing plant located in Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high standards of food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of the chicken processing facility.
- Supervise production staff and coordinate activities across shifts.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in chicken processing and supervision within a large plant.
- BSc/HND in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related food‑science disciplines.
- Knowledge of food safety management systems, with HCCP concepts considered an advantage.
