Experienced Accountant – Full‑time

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced accountant to manage its financial records and support various business functions. The role involves accurate bookkeeping, cash management, payroll assistance, and compliance reporting within a fast‑growing wellness organization.

Key responsibilities

• Record all income and expenses, post sales, payments and expenses into the accounting system.
• Maintain daily cashbook, bank records and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Track sales, receivables, and support commission calculations.
• Process approved supplier, logistics and service payments, and monitor petty‑cash usage.
• Assist payroll preparation, ensuring payments align with KPI and attendance criteria.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, cash‑flow and expense summaries.
• Support budget tracking for managers and provide data for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain organized financial documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (BSc).
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with supporting documents.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
