Experience Designer

About the role

The customer’s experience is front and center of what we do at ASB. As an Experience Designer at ASB, you’ll have the opportunity to create impactful and delightful experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with leadership, product management, and customers to deeply understand the problems they aim to solve, identify the target users, and determine the most effective approaches.
• Lead interactive working sessions that transform gathered insights into detailed wireframes and subsequently high‑fidelity prototypes used for validating the proposed solutions.
• Continuously iterate on these prototypes together with customers and product and leadership teams until a clear problem‑solution fit is achieved.
• Provide the engineering team with comprehensive design specifications and assets, and work side‑by‑side to ensure the final implementation matches the intended pixel‑perfect design.

Required profile

• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, and Figma, having applied them in professional projects or personal initiatives.
• Possess a strong passion for modern digital experiences, regularly reviewing existing products to discover emerging interaction patterns and innovative design concepts.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility toward customers, consistently delivering high‑quality work on schedule without needing micromanagement.
