Executive Sales Representative

About the role

BeautyFixer Limited is looking for an ambitious Executive Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting customer relationships in the beauty and wellness sector. You will manage your own territory, generate leads, present solutions, negotiate deals and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, product demos, negotiation, closing, onboarding and account development.
• Generate self‑sourced leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals and social selling.
• Present and demonstrate BeautyFixer’s natural hair‑care and skin‑care products, clearly communicating value and benefits.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and activity targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored beauty and wellness solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, consultations and product support.
