Executive Banker – Relationship Management

About the role

The Executive Banker serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the Executive Banking segment, delivering tailored banking solutions that align with each client’s financial needs and the bank’s value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and open new accounts while cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Conduct financial needs analyses for new and existing customers to identify appropriate product opportunities.
• Contact potential and existing customers from leads and campaigns to promote product offerings.
• Educate clients on lending application processes, credit maintenance, and account conduct expectations.
• Build and strengthen relationships to retain customers and generate referrals.
• Grow the Executive Banking portfolio in line with strategic objectives, balancing borrowing and non‑borrowing customers.
• Maintain annual client relationships and manage risk to ensure portfolio growth and profitability.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 3‑4 years of experience in sales and relationship management within financial services.
• Proven sales track record and ability to drive profitability.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and digital platforms.
