About the role
The company seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast‑moving geotechnical and geo‑environmental construction environment in Lagos. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, communications and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and prioritize sensitive matters.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications, highlighting items requiring the CEO’s attention.
- Prepare, review and circulate documents, memos, agendas, reports and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and record meetings, conference calls and interviews, including logistics and agenda setting.
- Act as a follow‑up manager to ensure agreed actions are executed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive and personal information.
- Serve as gatekeeper, balancing access to the CEO’s time while creating win‑win situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in executive or administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a degree in Geology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
