Events Manager, Global Events Team

About the role

Teach For All is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of in‑person and hybrid learning events that connect its global network and advance equitable education for children worldwide. Working with the Global Events team, you will own event communications, logistics, website development and the overall attendee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver high‑quality learning events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and alignment with network priorities.
• Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and adherence to approved spending.
• Oversee vendor management, technical production, and risk mitigation to maintain operational excellence.
• Design inclusive experiences by sourcing accessible technologies and frameworks for a diverse, global audience.
• Establish feedback loops, analyse post‑event metrics and continuously improve event quality and impact.
• Document event outputs and sustain post‑event momentum to foster ongoing learning and collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex project management, large‑scale logistics and global event management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Commitment to Teach For All’s mission and willingness to travel internationally for on‑site execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event‑planning technology and web‑based services.
• Deep expertise with enterprise Zoom functionality (live interpretation, streaming setups).
