About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Event Planner & Business Development Manager to drive growth in the corporate event sector across Abuja, Oyo, and Rivers. You will combine strategic business development with hands‑on event planning to deliver high‑impact experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand corporate event revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with event objectives.
• Provide expert consultation to clients, delivering tailored event solutions.
• Identify, onboard, and negotiate contracts with high‑quality vendors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
• Monitor industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Analyze event performance data and vendor feedback to optimise processes.
• Promote the company’s event services through digital and physical marketing initiatives.
• Resolve vendor‑related issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in event planning, consulting, or vendor management.
• Deep understanding of the corporate event industry and vendor landscape.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using project management software.
