Entry-Level Subsea Field Engineer – Port Harcourt, Nigeria

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Subsea Field Engineer to join its Testing and Subsea (TSS) team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. You will work under the guidance of senior professionals, gaining hands‑on experience with subsea equipment and field operations while supporting global energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of TSS product services on‑site under general supervision.
• Support equipment preparation, calibration, and utilization at the wellsite.
• Help with pre‑planning, job execution, and post‑job analysis.
• Maintain personal relationships with technical customers and provide on‑site technical support.
• Collaborate with Business Development to keep customers informed about technology.
• Participate in corrective and preventive improvement actions related to technology.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Control & Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Graduates in Engineering, Physics, Geology, or Mathematics are welcome.
• Engineer‑in‑Training certification is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
