Entry-Level Social Media Manager

About the role

This full‑time, hybrid position based in Lekki focuses on developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage audiences, and generate revenue‑driving leads.

Key responsibilities

• Create and curate compelling content for various social platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, analyse metrics and optimise performance.
• Ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels.
• Engage with the community and stay up‑to‑date on social media trends.
• Leverage content and paid ads to convert leads into sales.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media/digital marketing and SMO/SEO techniques.
• Ability to use Canva and other design tools.
• Residence within Lekki/Ikoyi and surrounding areas.
• Strong content strategy and writing skills for multiple platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience analysing social media metrics to optimise performance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, tools and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Preferred experience managing social media for businesses or brands.
